Project goals:
The activities planned in the project are aimed at strengthening the cooperation of the Applicant's company with the research and development sector. The activities provided for in the project ensure the implementation of the full process of creating an innovative solution on a Polish scale. These activities include both the research and development component (contracting the R&D unit to perform the services described in the request for proposals) and the implementation component (purchase of fixed assets necessary to implement the product into the company's offer).
The aim of the project is to develop and implement the results of R&D work and to start the production of a new innovative product on a Polish scale - an integrated energy center combining photovoltaic power supply and a modular energy storage facility, which will include:
1. Central Module, whose task will be:
• Synchronization with the electrical network
• communication with photovoltaic module equalizers
• communication with the AC BOX operator's network disconnector
• communication with the RS485 energy meter
• conversion of electricity from photovoltaic modules into alternating current
• operation of energy storage modules with power 5kWh
•Power of the inverter module 10kW •WiFi module for reporting system operation
2. Photovoltaic module equalizer module:
•control of the operation of a single photovoltaic module.
•Automatic disconnection in the event of a power outage
•Automatic disconnection in the event of a DC electric arc detection
•communication with the Central Module via DC voltage •
DC voltage conversion to regulate the module power
3. Battery Module
• use of lithium polymer batteries for one module with a power of 5 kWh
• Monitoring the voltage and temperature of the battery module
• active cooling of the batteries
4. AC BOX Network Switch
• communication with the Central Module
• automatic disconnection in the event of lack of proper voltage in the network
• monitoring of network parameters
5.Axiom Energy Platform - a platform for supervising system operation.
Planned Effects:
The applicant intends to start implementing the results of R&D work in September 2022 at the latest and to start the production of the devices that are the subject of this application and the installation of photovoltaic installations equipped with an integrated device in accordance with the new regulations in January 2023 at the latest. The implementation of an innovative product in business, such as the device described in the application (a combination of an inverter and an energy storage device), will allow the Applicant to achieve a high position on this highly competitive market, acquire new customers and gain a competitive advantage as the only company in the photovoltaic industry offering such an innovative solution. The implementation of this idea into the Company's operations is a response to the change in regulations regarding the rules for the use of photovoltaic panels and the use of energy storage facilities of public energy companies.
The solution proposed by the Applicant will directly increase the profitability of investments in renewable energy sources, despite the high initial cost.

Contribution of European Funds:

Title: "Creation of an innovative alarm system that will communicate bidirectionally with encryption with all peripheral devices at the IP network level based on mesh topology"
Project value:
The aim of the project is to create a prototype of an innovative alarm system that will communicate bidirectionally with encryption with all compatible peripheral devices at the IP network level and to develop both Linux-based alarm control panel software and the development of device components necessary for the proper functioning of the entire system. This type of communication allows for full control of peripheral devices. The above innovative solution will process digital signals at the operating system level, which allows for very large data processing capabilities.
Planned Effects:
The company will ensure further development and implementation of the innovative solution into production. The applicant plans to start the production of innovative alarm systems based on the device prototype developed as part of this project.
